How to Find Inner Peace While Parenting

Parenting is challenging enough without the feedback of your own inner dialogue, aka the Inner Critic. This harsh inner voice is one of the main blocks to experiencing the joy of parenting, and accepting the parent you are.
We are excited to announce that we've just developed our first video course, Parenting and the Inner Critic’. Here's a brief excerpt from the course.
In this course:
You will understand and explore how you criticize your own parenting.
You will learn how to disengage from these inner self-judgments.
As the internal voices quiet down, you will feel more inner space and be able to connect with yourself and your children more completely.
Meditation and sensing practices will be taught bringing support to the ‘practice of parenting.’
The ‘Parenting and the Inner Critic’ video series can be done with a partner, or a small group, or on your own through journaling. Meditation and sensing practices will be taught, bringing support to the ‘Practice of Parenting.’
